Phrases and Tag Lines to Promote Library Workforce Services

The following are phrases/tag lines that can be used to market workforce services available in your library. Feel free to use or modify these phrases as needed.

Description of Services:

  • (Library Workforce Center or Satellite Center) - Offers convenient access to employment, training, and business resources for jobseekers, employers, and those interested in career and educational opportunities. Access to some materials may require a library card.
  • Workforce Development Satellite Centers contain specialized employment, training, and business related resources that can be accessed any time the library is open. Available resources allow patrons to quickly locate information specific to career, education, and employment topics.
  • Offers career, employment, and education resources to the community. Resources address the workforce needs of individuals and business. Services offered through the library include:
    • Access to the (insert your county's name) workforce development system
    • Books, reference materials, newspapers.
    • Helpful websites and databases
    • Civil Service Resources
    • Videos on a variety of career and employment topics.

Tag Lines:

  • Workforce resources - for jobseekers, workers, and businesses.
