About the Project

The Libraries Deliver Project has worked to enhance the career and employment resources available within Mid-Hudson libraries through partnerships with area workforce development systems.

Workforce development systems are networks of local agencies that provide employment, education, training and economic development resources in an accessible manner to area jobseekers and businesses. In New York State, workforce development systems are organized by county. As part of the Libraries Deliver initiative, 43 Mid-Hudson libraries partnered with the following county workforce systems to offer additional employment related resources to patrons.

• Dutchess County Workforce Development System
• Putnam Workforce Partnership
• Ulster County Workforce Development System
