Host a summertime barbecue at the library. Offer free hotdogs, hamburgers, and ice cream to the community.

Develop Frequently Asked Question Guide surrounding the vote.

Arrange direct mailing of postcards with targeted information to identified supporters.

Create Vote Date Reminder bookmarks. [Distribute bookmarks during the week before the vote.]

Organize a Friend-to-Friend Campaign among library trustees, Friends, and strong supporters.

Mail bandwagon brochure that shows breath of community support to supporters.
