Report Tips |
Here are some tips to help making
the process of completing your annual report easier. New tips will be added
to this list as they are uncovered.
- Are you wondering why you are
being asked some different questions from last year? Review the Outline of
Major Changes
for 2007.
- If you are new to working with
Bibliostat Collect you may want to review the Tutorial
& Documentation.
- Can't use this software if you
have pop-up
blockers installed. Here is help for disabling them.
- Can't see the bottom of the form
on your screen? Press the F11 key to resize the window on your screen.
- The number of NOVEL databases
is 13.
- In 3.31 a & b, if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, mark both Birth-3 years and 4-5 years.
- In 3.31c, count only those programs geared specifically toward teaching parents about early literacy activities.
- In 3.32 & 3.33, if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, count half your sessions in one age group and the other half in the second age group.
- In 3.34, count only sessions that were aimed at teaching parents about early literacy activities.
- In 3.36 & 3.37, again if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, count half your attendance in one age group and the other half in the second age group.
