Here are some tips to help making the process of completing your annual report easier. New tips will be added to this list as they are uncovered.

In 3.31 a & b, if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, mark both Birth-3 years and 4-5 years.
In 3.31c, count only those programs geared specifically toward teaching parents about early literacy activities.
In 3.32 & 3.33, if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, count half your sessions in one age group and the other half in the second age group.
In 3.34, count only sessions that were aimed at teaching parents about early literacy activities.
In 3.36 & 3.37, again if you hold story hour sessions that combine both age groups, count half your attendance in one age group and the other half in the second age group.
